FAQs

1. Can you customize a garment for me?

Yes, of course! If you would like a particular item in a different size, fabric or colour, shoot me an email at hello@olafdesigns.com and I will see what I can do.

2. I placed an order and haven't received my shipping confirmation yet - where is my order?

All of the garments are made to order, and unless noted otherwise take about 2-4 weeks to cut, sew, pack and ship to you. Due to a high volume of orders at the moment, don't worry if your order takes a little longer! When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Definitely! Every order comes neatly wrapped and ready to gift, but let me know if you are ordering something as a gift and I can include a customized message to the recipient!

4. Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?

Of course! If the piece doesn't work for you and you would like an exchange or a refund, please email me at hello@olafdesigns.com for return details. 

5. Can I carry your clothing in my retail store?
